About the Job:

Education Qualification:

• Any graduate with good analytical skills (BCA/BSC Computer Science background preferred)
• 1 to 3 years of experience

Desired Skills:

• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills in English, Hindi/Kannada/Tamil/Marathi/Telugu
• Ability to respond to simple to complex queries and deliver customer delight
• Experience with ERP support
• Exposure to working in a Startup ecosystem is desired

Job Description:

1. Provide effective and timely resolution to customer queries.
2. Provide support via call and chat.
3. Align on TAT and SLA standards set by the company.
4. Escalate necessary cases to the right team.
5. Perform other tasks as assigned.
6. Work in rotational shifts and extended hours during high volumes.
